Biography
About
Born in Sicily, trained in London, based in Rome. An actor with a native claim on two languages and the accents that come with them.

Portrait — 2025
He started at City Lit in 2016, on the foundation course that exists for people changing their lives, and stayed for the advanced on-camera work the year after. From 2018 to 2020 he trained at Fourth Monkey in London on the two-year rep programme — a company model, which means rehearsing and performing continuously rather than waiting for a graduation show.
The screen work since then has been split between Italian sets and English ones: Edoardo De Angelis' Comandante, Giovanni Veronesi's Romeo è Giulietta, Fabio Mollo's Città di Vita, the BFI short Beach Boys. On stage, Laertes in Hamlet and Leontes in The Winter's Tale, Capitano in Antonio Fava's Commedia dell'Arte production of Vino, Formaggio e Mosche, and a decade of new writing in between.
The training never really stopped. Meisner with Philippa Strandberg-Long, Grotowski with Magda Tuka, stage combat at the British Academy of Stage & Screen Combat with Richard Ryan, and since 2024 the Alessandro Prete Acting Lab in Rome. In 2024 he also published a novel, Dirt.
